ConEd Clean Heat rebate is policy: $8K Single/2-Family, $12K 3-Family, $16K 4-Family. DAC adds an enhanced bonus. Decommissioning the old fossil-fuel system is required to qualify — no decom, no rebate.

Dealer fee gross-up is solved in one step — financed = (floor + commission − rebate) / (1 − fee%). No iteration. Set fee to 0% for no-fee programs (Palmetto LightReach).

Type Sunny's floor cost on each BTU size and bump qty for how many of that size are going in. Check + price the adders Sunny is also charging for. The tool sums them — no markup yet, that's commission's job.

You set commission once. Rebate comes from the home type ($8K Single/2 Family, $12K 3 Family, $16K 4 Family) plus the DAC bonus when applicable. ConEd + NYSERDA submit; dealer never touches paperwork.

Financed = Net target ÷ (1 − Dealer fee %)
Dealer fees on lender programs (Synchrony, GreenSky, etc.) are grossed up into the financed amount so margin stays intact. Palmetto LightReach has no dealer fee — the gross-up collapses to zero.

Pre-rebate price on the homeowner's proposal. Monthly payment is amortized from Financed at the chosen APR + term.
